Distributed systems are a cost effective approach to small systems, consisting of perhaps a single speaker or just a few speakers. No centralized or networked "front-end" equipment is needed. Each DS1082 sound-masker is a self-contained system. Each DS1082 has individually adjustable volume and low-pass filter controls. Up to ten DS1082 sound-maskers can be powered from one transformer.

The DS108 Privacy Provider emits a precisely enhanced analog signal that covers, or masks, intelligible conversation and distractive outside noises within your business environment. There is a volume control and a low-pass filter that can be adjusted to meet your needs for loudness and tone. It is totally portable and weighs 10.2 ounces. It is warm gray in color and is 1 inch high by 3.75 inches wide by 6.35 inches long. It plugs into any standard wall outlet.
